SENZ
Holistic and Research - Driven Care for Depression and Anxiety
SENZ is a specialized out-patient treatment center located in the serene forests of Doorn, The Netherlands, offering a comprehensive approach for treating depression and anxiety, especially for individuals who have not found relief through traditional methods. Our five-month intensive modularized program combines individual and group therapies, body-focused treatments, and innovative approaches like Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and intensive client monitoring.
KAP, led by trained professionals, is a groundbreaking treatment that helps clients achieve deep emotional insights and accelerates the therapeutic process, particularly when combined with evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and movement therapy. SENZ integrates KAP as a catalyst for change, enhancing the effects of our wider therapeutic offerings.

In addition to our clinical work, SENZ is committed to advancing mental health care through ongoing research. We actively evaluate and refine our treatment approaches to ensure that we deliver the most effective and up-to-date care. By contributing to the growing body of research on innovative treatments, we strive to improve outcomes not only for our clients but also for the broader mental health community.
At SENZ, we treat the whole person—focusing on emotional well-being, building meaningful relationships, fostering self-compassion, and creating a path to lasting recovery with the support of our multidisciplinary team.
